关于我们 敏实集团（Minth Group）是一家全球领先的汽车行业制造商，目前正加速向机器人领域拓展——包括人形机器人、商用机器人和工业应用。凭借与智元机器人（AgiBot）的紧密战略合作伙伴关系，我们致力于将物理人工智能（Physical AI）与具身智能解决方案部署于欧洲的真实应用场景中。 职位概述 该职位直接向欧洲机器人业务负责人汇报，将成为推动敏实集团机器人业务在欧洲增长的核心执行者。主要工作聚焦于渠道开发、租赁模式、生态合作伙伴关系以及一线客户对接——将战略规划转化为实际的收入和市场份额。 主要职责 业务执行： 支持人形、商用及工业机器人业务在欧洲的拓展，重点推动销售线索生成及交易达成。 渠道开发： 在欧洲各主要市场识别、引入并管理本地分销商、系统集成商及租赁合作伙伴。 客户对接： 与物流、零售、制造及公共服务领域的企业客户建立并维护合作关系。 租赁模式： 与欧洲负责人紧密合作，设计并推出灵活适配欧洲客户需求的机器人租赁 / RaaS（机器人即服务）模式。 生态合作： 与本地科技中心、研究机构及行业协会协作，强化敏实集团在欧洲机器人生态系统中的影响力。 跨部门协调： 充当欧洲客户与敏实内部团队（产品、工程、法务、财务等）之间的桥梁，确保顺利部署及客户满意度。 任职要求 经验： 3-7年在机器人、工业自动化、人工智能解决方案或相关B2B科技领域的业务拓展、销售或合作伙伴管理经验。 语言： 英语流利（必须）；法语流利（加分项）；中文流利（加分项）。 业绩记录： 有在欧洲市场开发渠道、谈判合同及管理客户关系的实际经验与能力。 心态： 具有自驱力，能接受不确定性，渴望在大公司框架内的“创业式”环境中贡献力量。 差旅： 愿意在欧洲范围内频繁出差（最高约40%-50%的时间）。 About Us Minth Group
