The business combines deep technical expertise with innovative engineering solutions, including resilient electrical infrastructure, HV/LV power distribution, UPS and standby generation systems, electrical resilience strategies, BIM/Revit coordination and turnkey project delivery. Due to continued growth across the European data centre market, my client is seeking an experienced Associate Electrical Director to lead and expand its electrical engineering capability from its Paris office.The Opportunity This is a senior leadership position for a highly motivated electrical engineer with extensive experience in mission-critical facilities, large-scale data centres, or complex infrastructure projects. You will play a pivotal role in leading multidisciplinary project teams, developing client relationships, mentoring engineers, and driving the delivery of technically excellent electrical designs across hyperscale and colocation developments throughout France and the wider EMEA region.
